15 years of Breast Cancer Care support through our women’s work boots
When you buy a pair of purple or pink women’s work boots in Australia, $10 goes directly to supporting Breast Cancer Care WA.

Recently we expanded support for breast cancer care, announcing a new partnership with Sweet Louise. From August 2022, $10 from every pair of pink work boots sold in New Zealand goes directly to the charity helping women living with incurable breast cancer.
Breast cancer affects over 20,000 women in Australia and 3,300 in New Zealand.
Today, nearly 90% of women survive the diagnosis. But without charities like Breast Cancer Care WA and Sweet Louise, that wouldn’t be the case.
Both charities work tirelessly to provide direct support, resources, information and research funding that fights cancer.
Booting the blues one step at a time
One in six Australians and almost one in three New Zealanders are currently experiencing mental health challenges.
The last couple of years has amplified anxiety and depression rates.
To fight this invisible affliction that claims hundreds of lives every year, Steel Blue donates $10 from every pair of blue work boots directly to Beyond Blue.
Beyond Blue is a national charity focused on supporting people affected by anxiety, depression and suicide. Our partnership has raised over $350,000 for Beyond Blue’s 24/7 Support Service so far, helping 6,300 contacts access potentially life-saving mental health assistance.
It’s not just about the boots
As the leading safety footwear manufacturer in Australia and New Zealand, we chose to partner with impactful charities in the best way we could: by making great boots.
The health experts working for (and supported by) charities like Beyond Blue, Breast Cancer Care WA and Sweet Louise do life-saving work. We hope to continue providing support that enables more of that work, in more places, reaching more people.
And in the meantime, we’re doing our bit to raise awareness of issues like breast cancer and mental health.
